These terms govern your use of the Buvio compliance platform and website. By accessing or using Buvio, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Service description
Buvio provides an AI-powered compliance platform for European construction. The platform assists with regulatory mapping, document generation, and compliance workflows for EU construction regulatory and BIS reporting requirements.
Account and access
Access to the Buvio platform requires an invitation during early access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Buvio only for lawful purposes related to construction compliance. You may not reverse-engineer the platform, attempt to access other users' data, or use the platform to generate fraudulent compliance documents.
Intellectual property
Buvio and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Buvio. Compliance documents generated by the platform using your data are owned by you. The underlying models, templates, and regulatory mappings remain Buvio's intellectual property.
Limitation of liability
Buvio provides compliance assistance tools, not legal or regulatory advice. Generated documents should be reviewed by qualified professionals before submission to regulatory authorities. Buvio is not liable for regulatory outcomes based on platform outputs.
Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.
